Paul’s experience includes over twenty (20) years in the insurance industry with specific emphasis on water-related entities. He launched the Rural Special Districts Insurance Program in 1995, which grew to over 4,000 insureds in 42 states. Paul served as President of SN Potter Insurance Agency Inc and President of Glatfelter Insurance Group’s Specialty Program Division. He most recently was President of Alteris, Inc, a full service MGA owed by Argo Group US. Early industry experience included serving as a financial analyst at Russell Miller and Account Executive at Worldwide Facilities. Paul earned a BBA from University of San Diego and MS Risk Management from Georgia State University. He serves as a national speaker on water-related topics and is a licensed water treatment and distribution operator in California.

Stephanie has over twenty (20) years experience in the insurance industry with specific emphasis on public entity and water utility underwriting. Her career includes tenure with Travelers, KEMPES, SN Potter Insurance Agency, Inc. and Alteris Insurance Services, Inc.. She possesses fluency in public officials’ liability, miscellaneous professional liability and water-related exposures. She most recently served as Vice President – Underwriting / Chief Underwriting Officer of Alteris Insurance Services, Inc., with oversight of all underwriting, administrative, operational and compliance practices. Stephanie attended Arizona State University on a Regents Scholarship and has earned her RPLU insurance designation.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Margaret has been in the insurance industry since 1980. During that time she has held various Underwriting, Sales and Management positions with both national insurers and reinsurers. For the past five years she has focused exclusively on the Public Entity market segment. In her current capacity, she is focused on developing a geographically diverse book of business with retailers and wholesalers dedicated to the Public Entity sector. Margaret has a B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University. She also earned her RPLU, ASLI and ARe designations.

Based in New York, Alie has been in the insurance industry her entire career.  For the past thirteen (13) years, she has focused exclusively on the public entity segment.  In her current capacity, she is responsible for production underwriting of new and renewal accounts in the East Region of the United States.  Alie has a B.S. in Business Administration from Wagner College and is currently pursuing her CPCU designation.

George has over fifteen (15) years experience in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career with commercial claims at Travelers Insurance and later transitioned to sales at Glatfelter Insurance Group. At Glatfelter, George was instrumental in building the water program and later assisted with the growth and distribution of their public entity program. George later joined SN Potter Insurance Agency Inc. as Vice President helping lay the foundation and growth of the WineryPlus program. The program was eventually acquired by Alteris Insurance Services, a division of Argo Group US, where George became Alteris’ National Sales & Marketing Manager of multiple programs before transitioning to Underwriting Director for both the WaterPlus and FirePlus programs. George earned his BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Hobart College and his MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Suffolk University. He later earned the CPCU designation and completed the ARM-P designation.

Jon Bowman has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career at United States Liability Group (USLI). He most recently served as Senior Underwriter at Glatfelter Insurance Group (AIG) with a focus on public entity business including municipalities, water and sewer districts, as well as school districts. Jon currently oversees the underwriting & distribution for the MuniPlus Program. Jon earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Delaware. He also holds several insurance designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Associate in Underwriting (AU), and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).

Tonya Fuller

Tonya Fuller has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the insurance industry and currently oversees the underwriting & distribution for the FirePlus Program. Her career includes tenure with S.N. Potter Insurance Agency, Inc., HCC Holdings, Inc., Alteris Insurance Services, Inc. and Prime Vintage Insurance Services, LLC. In addition to FirePlus, Tonya has played a strong developmental and underwriting role in Water, Winery, and Brewery Programs. Tonya was the Underwriting Supervisor for the Water and Fire Districts while at S.N. Potter; Underwriting Vice President for the Winery Program while at HCC; Underwriting Manager for the Winery and Brewery Programs while at Argonaut Insurance Group; and Managing Director for the Winery Program while at Prime Vintage. Tonya has a BA in Communications and a Business Administration Minor from the University of San Diego.

Jerel Gilmore

Jerel Gilmore has over twenty (20) years of experience in the insurance industry with specific emphasis in actuarial consulting. For sixteen (16) of the twenty (20) years, he served as senior actuarial analyst at Willis Towers Watson. In this capacity, Jerel focused on the mathematics piece of actuarial work as well as assessing client needs via performance improvement metrics. Additional responsibilities included pairing clients with outsourced actuarial resources and maximizing value-added service deliveries from third party vendors. His actuarial clients included several medium-to-large organizations spanning a broad spectrum of industries, including regulated utilities. Jerel attended Arizona State University where he earned a BS in economics and mathematics.
