Based in the Phoenix Metro area, Vickie is an experienced, proven insurance executive with over 40 years of technical and senior-level management in insurance company underwriting, operations and the creation and implementation of organizational efficiencies. Her expertise includes the establishment of start-up operations, including the formation of strategic plans and partnerships. Vickie brings over 30 years of experience relating to every facet of insuring Public Risks.
Based in New York, Alie has been in the insurance industry since graduating from college in 2010. During that time she worked as both a Business Analyst and an Underwriter. For the past three years she has focused exclusively on the Public Entity market segment. In her current capacity she is focused on developing new business opportunities in the Northeast region of the United States.
Alie has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Wagner College.
Based in Chicago, IL, Constance brings over 24 years of experience underwriting multi-lines of coverage. For the past eleven years her focus has been specifically on the Public Entity and Non-Profit sectors. Constance started her career with Sentry Insurance Company. After moving to Chicago in 1994, she continued underwriting commercial property and casualty business for multiple carriers and an MGA. In 2003, Constance entered the Public Sector joining Munich Re (formerly American Re). During her nine years at Munich Re, and most recently, Alteris Public Risk Solutions, her focus has been on single risk and group (pool) accounts. Constance’s strengths of a professional demeanor, excellent organization, strong listening skills and desire to solve problems have been the cornerstone of her success in the insurance industry. Constance joined Allied Public Risk at its formation. In her current position, she works with national production sources to build a book of single risk self-insured retention and group accounts.
Constance holds a Bachelor of Science from Viterbo College of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
Based in Chicago, Maureen has more than 30 years of experience as a Senior Underwriter. For the past 15 years she has concentrated on Public Sector business specializing in first-dollar municipal, special district and public school accounts. She brings excellent underwriting, rating, and marketing skills to the table. In addition, Maureen is adept at forging strong relationships with producers, which has a positive impact on long-term account retention as well as encouraging new business opportunities.
Based in Chicago, IL, Osmond brings over 21 years of experience underwriting multi-lines of coverage for large and middle market accounts. For the past two years his focus has been specifically on the Public Entity and Non-Profit sectors. Osmond started his insurance career in 1981 with CNA Insurance Company as an Underwriting Analyst. In 1994, he continued underwriting National and Middle Market commercial casualty business for AIG Insurance Company. In 1998, he continued his insurance carrier as an Account Manager for Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company. After returning to AIG in 2002, he continued underwriting as a Senior Underwriting. In 2012, Osmond entered the Public Sector joining Ace Insurance Company (currently CHUBB). During his years at Ace, his focus has been on single risk (SIR) accounts. Osmond strengths are building and maintaining agency/brokerage relationships. Osmond joined Allied Public Risk in November, 2015. In his current position, his focus is on developing national production sources to build a book of single risk self-insured retention and group accounts.
Osmond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Margaret has been in the insurance industry since 1980. During that time she has held various Underwriting, Sales and Management positions with both national insurers and reinsurers. For the past five years she has focused exclusively on the Public Entity market segment. In her current capacity, she is focused on developing a geographically diverse book of business with retailers and wholesalers dedicated to the Public Entity sector.
Margaret has a B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University. She also earned her RPLU, ASLI and ARe designations.
Based in the San Francisco/Sacramento areas, Mary brings 40 years of underwriting and marketing experience dedicated exclusively to Governmental Entity business. She began her career with an underwriting/marketing division of Marsh & McLennan for 34 years and six years with marketing division of Arthur J. Gallagher, of which 25 years was devoted to underwriting a large book of complex Public Entity and pool risks. Her 15 years of client experience includes working with Cities, Counties, Townships, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Transit, Water, & Special Districts. Mary’s expertise includes analytical/technical, underwriting and marketing skills.
Mary has attended numerous management training seminars including Seabury & Smith Management Training and attended San Francisco Community College.
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Debbie has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, representing a host of national companies. She began her underwriting career as a Portfolio Underwriter, entertaining all lines of business, as well as Workers’ Compensation with Sentry Insurance. Debbie was a New Business Office Manager for the former Continental Insurance Company – National Brokerage Services in Phoenix, AZ, as well as a Senior Underwriter and/or Underwriting Consultant for Royal Insurance, Scottsdale Insurance Company (1991 – 1995), KEMPES, a subsidiary of Kemper, and Nautilus Insurance Company. Debbie returned to Scottsdale Insurance, once again dedicating herself to the Public Sector, as well as transitioning into a management position with a large national Entertainment & Sports Program. Debbie has focused her underwriting profession on the Public Sector, for over 15 years, with several large national carriers where she negotiated and executed both first-dollar and self-insured retention risk accounts and was engaged in developing some treaties. Along with new business development, Debbie’s strengths include a strong knowledge of primary pricing, as well as loss-sensitive approaches and exposure modeling tools. Debbie’s career has also included regulatory responsibilities, Rates, Rules and Forms Filings as well as Form Development and Internal Auditing. Debbie joined Allied Public Risk March 1, 2015. In her current position, Underwriting Director, she is re-kindling one previous relationship and working with new producers to establish new relationships, in which together they will build a profitable book of individual primary accounts.
Debbie attended the University of New Mexico and has also earned her CIC Designation.
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Darlene has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in claims and had branched out for a couple of years in loss control. Darlene has focused experiences in underwriting with twenty-five plus years working with a variety of risks and exposures. She recently has worked the past seven-plus years with Public Entity-type risks. Darlene joined Allied Public Risk in April of 2015.
Darlene graduated from Illinois State University and has also earned her ALCM and ASLI designations.
