Based in Chicago, IL, Osmond brings over 21 years of experience underwriting multi-lines of coverage for large and middle market accounts. For the past two years his focus has been specifically on the Public Entity and Non-Profit sectors. Osmond started his insurance career in 1981 with CNA Insurance Company as an Underwriting Analyst. In 1994, he continued underwriting National and Middle Market commercial casualty business for AIG Insurance Company. In 1998, he continued his insurance carrier as an Account Manager for Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company. After returning to AIG in 2002, he continued underwriting as a Senior Underwriting. In 2012, Osmond entered the Public Sector joining Ace Insurance Company (currently CHUBB). During his years at Ace, his focus has been on single risk (SIR) accounts. Osmond strengths are building and maintaining agency/brokerage relationships. Osmond joined Allied Public Risk in November, 2015. In his current position, his focus is on developing national production sources to build a book of single risk self-insured retention and group accounts.
Osmond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University.
